Most women, is really in style for hair do this in the morning. Everytime they has an important meeting, they will look for a salon to groom their style. Normally this type of Salon opens to entertain the women's needs for certain occassion in the early morning say from 5.30am or 6.00am.

Odd Reference For Jakartans at Antasari Street Traffic Jam
This might sounds crazy, but whether you realize this or not you are experinced this many times.
Got "nature calls" on a bad traffic jams? Poo or Pee? Cant stand it?? :D
Here are some clues:
On Antasari Street Traffic Jam!:
1. First Gas Station / SPBU from Cilandak area, in the morning is quite clean and the point is 7 out of 10.
2. Not reccommended - Second SPBU after Abdul Madjid X Junction. Bad cleaning.
3. Stop by at Brawijaya Woman Hospital, the best on this main road
4. Al-Azhar Mosque or At-Taqwa Mosque, is one of the safe place to go for pee.. if you still have long ride to office :)

Others, most reccomend place is mosque but if you already on the SCBD area with buildings around, then go to one of the buildings to find one. hehehehe..good luck..
